Bajaj Finance — home loan issue

My housing loan amount was sanctioned for takeover from hdfc bank and additional top-up amount. It was agreed upon on 8.80% rate of interest and 300 months tenure and i got the bt cheque from bajaj and i transferred my loan from hdfc to bajaj. Later on during my first emi only i came to know that the split of loan amounts given during bt and the one reflecting in my online portal during my emi payment is totally not matching although the total amount is same, but tenure and interest is not correct.

The below issues are there in my loan
1. My tenure is given as 120 months and interest is 9.75% - my home loan is being provided as personal loan
2. I am yet to be paid my final top-up amount (Rs.5.35 lakhs), but i am being paying emi for that amount also.
3. Above all, it’s been four emis debited, still now my home is not being asked to register for mod for bajaj home finance.

I have reported the same to bajaj home loan madurai office more than 20 times, i have been to office more than 10 times but till now it is not resolved. I need quick response of the same and also refund the over charged interest amount as well as principal amount for the loan amount which was not paid to me. Also request you to stabilize my loan account. I have till now paid almost 1 lakh in excess for these four months which was not desired for me. Kindly request quick assistance in resolving this issue since i am not getting any support from madurai office. They were around me during bt and loan approval, after that not even picking my calls and also giving proper response to me. It is my hard earned money which i am paying which is not at all related to my issue.

I am totally fed up both financially and mentally, request your support to resolve the issue asap.

Even the same email issue i reported to bajaj 2 weeks before and they have not responded to me till now and closed by request. I am very much hurt by this behaviour and not getting proper response. Kindly help me to resolve the same

Its been 23 days since i have posted this complaint. Till now it is not resolved. Not sure where the problem lies. Totally fed up with Bajaj Home Finance.
